The title of the chapter is probably more accurately “horse-tending slave” or a slave that serves as a stablehand. After that first glimpse of Ye Cong in Chapter 2, you finally meet him in this chapter, and he’ll begin to play a prominent role. I’m holding back my comments about him, but you can start to see what kind of character he is.
