Under everyone’s companionship, unknowingly, these four months of releases have passed in the blink of an eye

This was truly a story that required a lot of patience for the new game plus to come around, so that the clouds could part and the moon could be seen.

To me, this was also a completely new experiment in writing.

Here, I would like to once again thank everyone for their belief, and for giving me a small bit of their free time every day.

moon: ok this is the actual last chapter of the main story now, I swear, last one was a fake out because of the JJWXC title. 

IT’S DONE IT’S DONE OUR LONGEST RUNNING PROJECT (on CGG) YET! SPANNED THREE SEPARATE TLERS AND NOW WE’RE DONE! Thank you to nam and juu for being such great editors (and Ame too, even though you were before my time on this project), and thank you to el, who dragged me into this pit to begin with, and Zryuu, our grandpa voice in the sky, for starting this all off to begin with. Last but definitely not least, thank you to all of you, our readers, who have stuck with us through this journey – we couldn’t have done it without the support of all of you, and it’s been great watching our readership grow!

 

Juurensha: It’s done! It’s so hard to believe! Our journey has somewhat come to an end, and thank you to all the translators who worked so hard on this project across the years! I still remember getting dragged in with Zryuu telling me that it was a shonen comedy adventure, and while it is, it also stabbed me so many times…but that’s okay, the clowning and the stabs are all part of this beautiful Dinghai journey with all our favorite lovely characters! Our Tree and Star get their happy ending, and we also bonded a lot as well! I have since been dragged into so many more pits by Zryuu, moon, nam, and El, and looking forward to many more novels/projects with you guys!

 

namio: I CAN’T BELIEVE IT’S DONE…….. Dinghai was my introduction to Feitian back in mid-2019, and is still one of my favorite of his novels. It’s also the novel that led me to get to know Zryuu and El, and later what became the first seedlings of the English Feitian fandom, so I’m actually really emotional about the fact that we made it to the end. Thank you so much all the translators who got us here— our lives would have far less horse dick jokes without you guys <3

 

El: We started doing Dinghai on 2019, so it’s been three years since then; I still remembered the days Zryuu and I first talked about Dinghai and some days after that she came to me saying, “Friend I know what my next project is.” I LOLed hard at that until months later she somehow roped me in into helping her… and here we are! 

Anyway, this project allowed me to meet moon, one of the most dedicated translators I ever met; she always covered for my inability to keep up with schedule, and without her we’d probably finish by 2030 (or worse). Also, nam’s randomly being asked questions in Indonesian and juu’s trying to decipher the Indonesian I wrote in comments despite not understanding Indonesian always amuses me to no end. I reminiscence a lot I know so I’ll just stop here but LONG STORY SHORT I’M VERY EMOTIONAL RIGHT NOW THIS PROJECT MEANS A LOT TO ME AND I’M GLAD I GET TO SEE THIS FINISHED THANK YOU TEAM THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO STAYS UNTIL NOW THANK YOU I LOVE YOU ALL

P.S: There are still some extras left, and we’re still doing the manhua, so this is not the end of our journey together!
